PILOT SELECTION SYSTEM
ETC's Pilot Selection System is an integrated testing program used to determine whether pilot candidates have the required aptitude, skills and abilities necessary for becoming a pilot. The Pilot Selection System provides the customer with an economical and reliable means of carefully screening civil and military flight candidates. ETC's Pilot Selection System assesses the candidate's psychomotor skills and their ability to effectively manage their conscious attention in a dynamic flight environment.
The ETC Pilot Selection System provides general classroom instruction and additionally utilizes a 3 DOF motion based flight simulator for the practical application of the learned flight techniques to ensure a more thorough screening process.
